About the Role
As a Managing Director, you will play a key leadership role in expanding the firm's forensic accounting and litigation consulting services. You'll work with a diverse and talented team, leveraging the firm's renowned reputation and multidisciplinary expertise to deliver outstanding results to clients. In this role, you'll have the autonomy to grow your practice while contributing to the overall success of the team.
This position offers flexibility to work from any of the firm's U.S. office locations with a hybrid work schedule.
What You'll Do
Drive Revenue Growth: Build and manage a client portfolio, with a target of generating $1.5M+ in annual revenue.
Demonstrate Thought Leadership: Oversee the preparation of expert reports, including damage modeling, economic damages, and lost profits analyses.
Lead Client Engagements: Guide fact-based investigations, set client expectations, and provide strategic insights using advanced tools and proven methodologies.
Analyze Data: Oversee the development of complex financial models and data analysis to identify trends or anomalies, utilizing the latest analytics and visualization technologies.
Manage Projects: Lead large-scale, high-stakes client projects, ensuring timely delivery and superior outcomes.
Collaborate and Inspire: Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, growth, and collective success.
What You Bring
Experience: At least 12+ years in forensic accounting, investigations, or commercial damages consulting.
Expertise: 8+ years of experience writing expert reports (expert witness testimony experience preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge in damage modeling, economic damages, and lost profits analyses.
Project Leadership: Proven success managing client engagements exceeding $1M in scope.
Education & Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics. Certifications such as CPA, CBV, CFE, or CFI are highly desirable.

We are seeking an experienced Forensic Accountant Lead to join our clients team, specializing in investigations and litigation support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forensic accounting, financial analysis, and expert witness testimony.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex forensic investigations to uncover financial fraud, discrepancies, and misconduct
- Analyze financial data, trace funds, and identify assets for recovery
- Prepare detailed forensic accounting reports and expert witness testimony for legal proceedings
- Lead and mentor a team of forensic accountants in investigation techniques and best practices
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and provide litigation support
- Perform risk assessments and develop fraud prevention strategies for clients
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Forensic Accounting, Accounting, or Finance[9]
