Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AD or Director for our Deal Strategy & Value Creation practice, focusing on the Retail, Consumer, and Leisure sectors. The role involves leading engagements to drive growth and operational improvements for clients through M&A, commercial due diligence, and post-deal transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute M&A strategy, commercial due diligence, and post-transaction value creation projects.
Identify and assess market opportunities for clients, driving sustainable growth initiatives.
Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses to inform deal decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic roadmaps and operational improvements.
Build strong client relationships and provide advisory on value creation initiatives.
Oversee and manage project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Drive business development activities, identifying opportunities for the practice's growth.
Stay up to date on market trends and innovations in Retail, Consumer, and Leisure sectors.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in deal advisory, M&A strategy, commercial due diligence, or value creation consulting.
Strong knowledge of the Retail, Consumer, and Leisure sectors.
Proven track record of delivering high-impact strategies for clients.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management capabilities.
Experience in managing teams and business development.
